I offer individual counseling to teens (13+) and adults.
I provide online, telehealth therapy to people living in Arizona or California.
Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I accept United, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, and Carelon. I also offer self pay.
Do you offer consultations?

Yes, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. We can discuss what brings you in and decide if you are interested in moving forward. I understand how important it is to find the right fit when it comes to starting therapy!
